Let me introduce my self; I have lived in East Sussex all my life and very much enjoy the beautiful part of the country we live. I enjoy a variety of interests including Trial running, Road running, Pad work, High intensity, Circuit training, Weight training, Pilates, Yoga and horse riding.
Not your obvious sporty type, I participated in little to no physical activity during my school year and if fact can honestly say the little participation I did make left me with an over all feeling of dread and negativity, common I feel for many of us. These first experiences we have as children and young adult of physical activity can mould our thought and opinions and subsequent lifestyle choices as adults.
I did not find an enjoyment of physical activity and the rewards and benefits it brings till I found a passion for horse riding and the importance to being physically able. I found a new lease of energy and ease of day to day living. Inspired by this I wanted to learn more and help other’s find these benefits and enjoy a fuller life too.
I am committed to my work; promoting awareness to the benefits of being healthy, active and fit and strive to better myself and knowledge to give my clients the highest level of guidance and support I can in achieving their goals.
As a level 3 Rep’s registered professional I continue to improve my knowledge, I attend regular courses and seminars, staying up to date with the latest news and training. All the qualifications I hold are nationally accredited and are fully recognised by employers with in the industry and the Register of Exercise Professionals (REP’S) and I am therefore fully insured.
My objective is to inspire you to enjoy feeling and being fitter and healthier and to support you to achieve your health and fitness goals, however big or small.
I tailor every programme to the individual; we all unique and have individual lifestyles body types and goals and understanding these is the key to success.
